it's that feeling like you're losing your mind
we keep moving, moving while we're counting the loes
on the ceiling while the moment is passing us by

never gonna feel it, never going in side
never gonna think back on this wasted life
never gonna feel it, gonna feel any pain
when it comes around and hits me all over again

and i can't help but wonder if i won't make it in time
cause that red light is flashing down by the oceanside
and the sun's coming up, but i ain't coming down
cause that same old feeling is just hanging around
